No, We do not work with any Insurance companies. But we do accept HSA/FSA as well as all major credit cards.

Is there a cancellation or reschedule fee?

We do charge a cancellation and reschedule fee of $75 per person if the appointment is not canceled or rescheduled within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment time. If we go out to your home and the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled when we arrive it is a $75 fee plus mileage.

Yes, once drawn we will take care of shipping your samples to the appropriate laboratory.
